To return items to Temu, start by logging into your account on their website or app. Head to the “Orders” section and find the order with the item you want to return. Click the “Return/Refund” button next to that item.
Next, choose the reason for your return. You might need to provide extra info, like photos or descriptions. Then, pick how you want your refund—either as Temu credit or back to your original payment method.
Temu will give you a return label to print. Attach this label to your package. Drop off the package at a designated point, like Evri, Royal Mail, or Yodel.
Keep an eye on your return status through the order details page or Temu’s notifications. Make sure to send your package within 14 days of your return request. Use the original packaging if possible. Temu allows one free return per order within 19 days of purchase.
