To return something to Temu, start by logging into your account through a browser or the Temu app. Next, head over to the “Your Orders” section and find the order that includes the item you want to return.
Click the “Return/Refund” button next to the specific item you wish to send back. You will then need to choose a reason for the return and provide any additional required information. If requested, upload any photos or videos to support your return claim.
You can select your preferred refund method, either as Temu credit or back to your original payment method. Print the return label provided by Temu and attach it to the outside of your return package.
Mail the package from the nearest post office or designated shipping location. You can track the status of your return on your order detail page or through Temu’s SMS, email, or push notifications.
Return shipping is free for the first return within 19 days of purchase. Make sure to postmark the return package within 14 days of submitting the return request. Keep the Temu-branded shipping materials, as you might need them for the return process.
