To return items on Roblox, follow these steps. Open Roblox in a web browser and sign in to your account. Click on the Robux icon in the top right corner and select “Robux” to access your transactions. Find the item you want to refund and copy its name.
Next, click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select “Help.” Search for “Refund” in the search bar and choose the first option that appears. Fill out the refund request form with your personal data and item details.
Submit the request to Roblox support. Do note, Roblox has a strict no-refund policy. Refunds are only issued if the item you bought gets taken down by moderation. While contacting Roblox support may help, there are no guarantees.
