To get Instinct in Blox Fruits, start by visiting the floating Turtle island and head to the far side with giant floating pineapples. Find the highest pineapple and talk to the “Hungry Man” NPC, who asks for a decent meal in exchange for teaching you something.
Next, gather an apple, banana, and pineapple. These fruits appear every 10 minutes, so you might wait around 30 minutes. Using a private server helps you avoid attacks during this time.
The apple is found under a tree on a small mountain on the Turtle island. The banana is on the great Tree on the mountain closest to Hydra Island. The pineapple is located in Port Town, behind a stall on the left side.
Once you have all three fruits, return to the Hungry Man and give them to him. He will reward you with Instinct V1. To upgrade to Instinct V2, collect the fruits again and give them to the Hungry Man, who will teach you Instinct V2 for $5 million.
For AFK grinding, go to the jungle and kite a monkey to the lake area where part of the saber quest was done. Use an auto-clicker to automate the process.
