To transfer Gardenscapes to a new phone, first download the game on your new device. You can find it on the App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android. Once installed, open the game and connect it to the same account you used on your old device.
If you used Facebook, simply log in with the same Facebook account. For Apple ID users, connect with the same Apple ID, ensuring it’s updated to iOS 13.0 or macOS 10.15 or higher. Android users should use the same Google account linked to their old device.
After connecting to the account, sync your game progress. Tap “Select” in the pop-up window under the “On server” option. Type “OK” and press “Confirm” to complete the transfer. This will load your saved progress on the new device.
If your game isn’t connected to any account, contact Customer Support. Provide your Player ID, which can be found in the game settings on your old device. This helps them locate your progress and assist with the transfer.
