To remove friends on Monopoly Go, first click the Friends icon at the bottom right of the screen. It looks like a handshake. Then switch to the third tab, which shows the Leaderboard. This tab displays both Local and Global leaderboards.
Next, find the friend you want to remove. Tap their name once. A small pop-up bubble will appear next to their name. Inside this bubble, you’ll see a red “REMOVE” button.
To confirm the removal, tap the red “REMOVE” button. You will be asked if you are sure you want to remove this friend. Tap “REMOVE” again to complete the process.
This method works for any friend on your list, including those linked through Facebook. Removing a Facebook friend on Monopoly Go will not affect your friendship outside the game.
