To move Gardenscapes to a new device, start by downloading the game. For Android, use the Google Play Store. For iOS, go to the App Store. Next, connect the game to the same account you used on your old device.
If you used Facebook, connect the game to the same Facebook account. Tap “Select” in the pop-up window under “On server,” then type OK and press Confirm. For Android users with a Google account, link the game to the same Google account. Follow the same steps: tap “Select,” type OK, and press Confirm.
For iOS users with an Apple ID, connect to the same Apple ID. Again, tap “Select,” type OK, and press Confirm. If your game is not linked to any account, you can do a manual transfer. Open Settings on your old device to find your Player ID. Contact Support on your new device and mention this Player ID.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection and that your devices meet system requirements. Note that progress can’t be transferred between different platforms, like from Facebook to Google or Apple.
