To friend someone on Roblox, you first need to log in to your Roblox account. You can do this on a mobile app, desktop, or Xbox. Make sure you are using the correct platform and account.
Next, access the Friends page. On the mobile app, tap the “Friends” button at the bottom, then go to the “Requests” tab. On a desktop, click the “Friends” tab on the Roblox home page. For Xbox, join a game like “Adopt Me,” and find the person you want to add, then select “Nearby” and click “Add Friend.”
Then, search for the user. On the mobile app, tap the magnifying glass and type in the username of the person you want to add. Make sure to spell it correctly, including any numbers. On the desktop, use the search bar at the top of the screen to find the user by their username.
After finding the user, send a friend request. On the mobile app, tap the “Add Friend” button next to their profile. On the desktop, click “Add Friend” next to their name in the search results. The user will receive a notification and can accept or decline your request. If they accept, you will get a notification, and they will be added to your friends list.
Finally, check your settings to ensure you’re allowed to send and receive friend requests. On the mobile app, go to “Settings” > “Privacy” and make sure “Communication” is set to “Default.” This will allow messaging and friend requests.
