To delete your Dice Dreams account, start by opening the Dice Dreams app on your device. Make sure you are on the main homepage for easy navigation.
Next, access your account settings by tapping the menu button at the top left corner. Then, tap the gear icon at the top right corner. In the popup, select the “Accounts” option at the bottom of the page.
To initiate the account deletion process, tap the “Delete” option. You will be redirected to the support.dicedreams.com account homepage.
On the support page, enter your email address, game language, and a description of your request. Select “Account” under “How can we help” and choose “I want to delete my account” under “Account actions.” Enter your player ID or the 15-digit Facebook ID associated with your account if the player ID is unavailable. You can also upload any necessary attachments. Tap “Submit” to send your account deletion request.
Within a few hours or a day, you will receive an email from Dice Dreams confirming that your account has been successfully deleted. Be aware that this action will remove all game progress, virtual goods, and currency earned.
