In Brawl Stars, the Underdog Status is a feature that helps balance the game by recognizing players at a disadvantage. This status activates when there’s a significant trophy gap between teams. If your team has a 150-trophy difference in 3v3 games, you’ll get the Underdog Status.
You can become an Underdog in two main scenarios. First, if matched with two players who have a 200+ trophy difference between them. Second, if facing an enemy team with an average of 200+ more trophies than your team. These situations trigger the Underdog Status, giving your team a fair chance to compete.
As an Underdog, you gain more Mastery Points and trophies for a win. If you lose, you won’t suffer a trophy loss. This feature is limited to 3v3 modes to maintain fair play and help you learn how different Brawlers work together.
However, choosing the “Play Again” option will remove your Underdog Status. There’s no guaranteed way to get this status. You can try teaming up with lower trophy players to increase your chances. The Underdog Status aims to make Brawl Stars more balanced and enjoyable for all players.
