To use pilots in War Robots, you first need to access the Training Center. Start by selecting a robot and pressing the circle with a ‘+’ above the passive modules. This will open up the option to add a pilot to your robot.
Next, you will see three random pilots appear daily. These pilots can be either regular or Legendary. Regular pilots will have a random level within the private rank, affecting their gold cost. On the other hand, Legendary pilots have a fixed cost of 2500 Gold.
Pilots level up by gaining experience in battles and this does not require any gold. Every 10th level, the pilot advances to a new rank and can learn a new skill. If you want to speed up the leveling within a rank, you can use gold to rush the process.
Pilot abilities are assigned randomly based on the robot and weapon configuration. If you wish to change an ability, you can retrain it. Retraining at random will cost you 50 Gold, while choosing a specific ability costs 1000 Gold. You cannot have multiple instances of the same ability.
By following these steps, you can effectively use pilots in War Robots to enhance your gameplay experience. This will allow you to make the most of your robots and skills in the game.
