To perform the Airplane Mode glitch in Monopoly GO, follow these steps: First, exit the Monopoly GO app and activate Airplane mode on your device. Next, launch Monopoly GO again and wait for the game to load until it hits 20% of the loading progress. At this point, disable Airplane mode. If the glitch works, the loading screen will continue from the same place. If not, repeat the process. You will see the loading screen quickly reach 100%. If the trick is successful, you’ll find yourself at the same place where you rolled the dice before. This gives you a second chance to roll the dice and get a different result.
For iOS users, open Monopoly GO and swipe down from the right corner to turn on Airplane Mode. Roll the dice and record the numbers until you see the No Internet screen. Close the game completely, press and hold the Monopoly GO app icon, and select Remove App. Then, press Delete App if prompted. Turn off Airplane Mode, open the App Store, and redownload Monopoly GO. Launch the game and log in to find yourself back to where you were before rolling and have all of your rolls restored.
Android users should open Monopoly GO and pull down on the screen to turn on Airplane Mode. Roll the dice and record the numbers until you see the No Internet screen. Close the game completely, open Settings, and scroll down to Apps. Search for Monopoly GO and tap on it. Scroll down to Storage, press Clear Data and Delete. When you launch the game and log in, you should be back to where you were before rolling and have all your rolls restored.
However, note that the Airplane Mode glitch has been fixed by Scopely. It no longer works. The glitch allowed players to save dice rolls and land on desired tiles by manipulating the game’s local memory and server updates.
